Elaine has always been involved in dance and theatre. She was an accomplished ballroom and Latin American dancer and then became more involved in musical theatre, playing roles including Desiree in 'A Little Night Music', Flo Bates in 'Half a Sixpence' and the Baroness in 'The Sound of Music'.
She has performed as a singer and dancer with local societies including Southampton Musical Society, BBLOC, Theatre 2000, RAODS and Phoenix Theatre Company. She has helped as an assistant to the director for many productions. Elaine's day time job is as a teacher at a local school where she teaches young children and runs the choir and drama activities.
As well as playing the part of Rose in our production, Elaine is our dance captain drilling our cast for the dance numbers in this show.
